Center of Integral Spiritual Development "Udumbara", as you can see from its title, does not represent any religion. Here we seek to form a good and favorable space for those who are ready for search of independent spiritual road.
The center holds spiritual development seminars. The major goal of such seminars is not to direct a person towards one religion but to teach him/her how to consciously form and maintain a bond with his/her higher self, world of the Spirit and spiritual gurus, learn how to control emotions, thoughts and direct them towards creation of peaceful, successful, positive world view and honest living.
Our practices include Buddhism and Hinduism mantras, a Christian prayer, Sufis' zikrs, conscious breathing, meditations, Tai Ci and yoga.
This center started as my seminars of spiritual development, when I realized how important it is to give people a possibility and space of many-sided spiritual development. Currently there are already four levels of spiritual development seminars that are held by me (i.e. Nijole G.Wolmer).
To teach, hold seminars, workshops or give lectures we invite to the center all good-natured, experienced and well known specialists, teachers and practicians of different areas of spiritual development who do not push their world view and spiritual experiences as the only true ones, who do maintain a tolerant and reverential relation with people of different world views and beliefs, and who respect and cultivate independence, freedom, consciousness and honest and healthy way of living.
At the Center of Integral Spiritual Development the following specialists have already held their seminars: James Burgess from Great Britain, who presented the Sufi tradition and practices; Dan Brule from the USA, who is one of the major specialists of conscious breathing; we have begun a cycle of Ayurveda lectures given by Aurelijus Piesinas, philosopher and head of Ayurveda Academy in Lithuania; Chi Gong classes are given by Gediminas Savickas. Also, a course of hatha yoga is to start soon.
At the center Raimundas Kareckas and Nijole G. Wolmer are constantly holding seminars of hyper-active breathing, conscious breathing and rebirthing.
A few conscious breathing specialists work in the center and provide individual sessions of conscious breathing and rebirthing for those who wish that. Conscious breathing specialists, who were trained at our center, can already be found not only in Vilnius but also in Kaunas and Klaipeda. More

At the center there is a club “The Three Jewels” which invites people who have been to at least one of my seminars and wish to meet people of same ideas more often, develop further together, socialize, practise different techniques and relax, and together live an honest and healthy way of life.
Together we meditate, recite mantras, discuss problems and achievements that occur in the way of spiritual development and look for solutions. As a result of cleaning and purifying practices, little by little, without any special efforts our club members start eating less meat, reject smoking or alcohol, find a charm in sober recreation and learn to be together in an open and sincere atmosphere.
Members of the club have an opportunity to learn fire-walking and conscious relation with the four elements - harmonize them in themselves, get harmonious energy on their own and stay balanced in their minds and emotions.
Staying together and a peaceful, clear and light relaxation in nature with people of same ideas help to consolidate a healthy and honest way of life or get rid of bad habits not theoretically but practically.
We help to recreate the value, concept and strength of the Yin that is so much underestimated in the present society. We teach how to feel and perceive the unconditional love, beauty of the World, and the light of gratitude and kindness.
Independence, consciousness, free will, goodwill, tolerance are among our biggest values, so for this reason, we do not suggest any world view to others, instead we encourage our club members to take a wide interest in various cultures, traditions and spiritual achievements of different countries. This is what can be seen in the center's work.
In parallel with the center, a publishing house “Alkione” was founded. Its goal is to publish and popularize a valuable spiritual literature of different areas in the Lithuanian language and support such non-commercial spiritual books, which would probably not be published soon or would not be published at all.
One of the first of such books is “The Lotus-Born”. It is the first book of the series Treasury of Spiritual Wisdom. This is the 8th century's, one of the biggest Buddhism teachers Padmasambhava's biography, composed by his disciple Yeshe Tsogyal. Members of our club can also come to the club every day from 5 p.m. and have a cup of green tea with their club fellows, or make a delicious apple pie for friends in the club kitchen, make healthy food together, bless it and relax after work in a pleasant company, read a book from our modest but interesting library of spiritual literature, search the internet, concentrate or calm down in a joint meditation.
