The biggest phase of the eclipse will happen at 07:58:38 world time in the Indian ocean. In Lithuania this eclipse will not be visible. Astrologically speaking, it is good – an eclipse, which is invisible in a country, creates less negative consequences for the country. The annular eclipse will end at 09:52 world time.
      Looking at this astrologically, this eclipse will take place when the Sun and Moon is in the 7th degree of Aquarius besides the Karmic Moon Node Rahu. Jupiter and Neptune will be in the sign of Aquarius at the same time too. The fact that the eclipse will take place in the same sign in which stays the Moon‘s loop Rahu, associated with intensive evolution and novelties, will provide this eclipse with the power to significantly push forward various new ideas and encourage evolution and renewal especially strongly and courageously. This gives positivity to this eclipse. Besides, Jupiter will be positioned in the same sign, what expands the influence of those factors which appear in the planet‘s influence to the maximum. For this reason, all mentioned features of the eclipse will only grow bigger a few times. This time will especially prompt and awaken different agreements on future changes or common activities in collectives, groups of friends, business structures or government organizations. This will especially strongly waken changes in political parties, relations among countries, will open a necessity for various amendments of laws. Many things will not be possible to be carried out as they were.
